Is it Twenty-Ten or Two Thousand and Ten?

A new year! New resolutions...to do...everything! I know, be specific! This year, I can lose 15 pounds by my birthday (8 months from now) and be more organized and focused at work so I can have more free time. Yes I can!
I have a fitness notebook, and a new Wii Fit-Plus program to motivate me, and I am sure this is going to be a positive experience.
Also on my list is updating my blog, and starting to use my craft barn for more than just storage. I have become so dedicated to my digital scrapping pursuits that I have forgotten to sit down and paint, and work with the hands-on crafts that I always loved. I would like to get back to that this year.

Why didn't that work?

I tried to put a photo in and it was too big I can't find out what size they should be anywhere. I'll try again!

Fixing Things Up

I have been inspired by 'The Royal Muses' my sister-scrappers, to come in here with a broom and dustpan and get this place fixed up for company! I am short on time but big on inspiration; I will be back with a bucket of water and some cleaning rags soon!

Kimberly Stewart has been busy!

I am amazed by the prolific outpouring of 'snow-people' and their friends from Kimmi's computer! I love playing with them as she releases them! There are new kits coming soon!
I made up a Christmas card using "I See Stars" and a new "Snowmen" kit which are going to be released at Scrapbook-Elements on Dec. 21, 2008.

Hmm, it's Dusty in here!

I can't believe another year has passed. Must be I am a winter-blogger. I have 'moved house' and now am doing ads and making goodies for HRH Kimberly Stewart at Scrapbook Elements! At first when 3Scrapateers announced it would CLOSE and then changed that to be SOLD I was devastated, as I had been 'nose to the grindstone' there and really never thought they would not be there.
As most things, what we rail at and despair about can turn out to be a blessing in disguise. I am finding that most of the people that I relied on and counted as friends and wanted to see what was up with them by looking at their layouts--have moved with me! We are now mostly at Scrapbook Elements, and I admit it, Ms. Kimmi is the reason! She had already been there creating a home for us all to move into with her, and it is fun to be fixing up our own spaces and getting to know our way around!

My Painting Efforts paid Off!

It was worth all the work to see the big smile on my
Tori's face when she realized I had made her jacket with her favorite 'critter' - penguins. Plus, I had incorporated soccer, which she loves to play and had won a trophy in. She especially loved the tiny squeaky penguin I tucked in the pocket; it was a pet play toy! In the layout she holds it together with (you guessed it) a penguin Webkinz!
